La Jolla Plunge Bike Tour

Our most popular bike tour. Start at the TOP of Mt. Soledad with stunning 360° views of San Diego and then zip down the thrilling 3.5 mile descent. Then we tour some of San Diego's MOST prestigious and quaint neighborhoods, including La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and Mission Beach. On the return, we usually stop to take in the fun at La Jolla's own seal rookery (the Children's Pool). Approximately 2.5 hours. Available daily, all year around. (2 or more participants needed.) La Jolla Coastal Bike Tour

Start from our shop at La Jolla Shores. We will ride on the bike path overlooking the ocean and through the beautiful side streets of La Jolla, Bird Rock, Wind'nSea, Pacific Beach and return. We stop on the way back at La Jolla Cove and the Children's Pool and usually see quite a few seals or sea lions! Approximately 2 hours. Available daily all year around. Family Biking on Mission Bay (for younger ones)

This San Diego biking tour is especially for families with younger kids (ages 2 and up!). Mission Bay bike paths are flat and free of cars, perfect for little ones. Kids can ride a bike of their own OR ride along with Mom and Dad in bike trailers or trail-a-bikes! Available weekends October through May and weekdays in the summer. Requires a minimum of 4 people. Downtown San Diego Bike Tours

Ride along San Diego's waterfront and through the historic Gaslamp District with our knowledgeable guides. Coast along the gentle bike paths, marveling at the city skyline and gorgeous views of San Diego Bay, Coronado Island, Shelter Island and the Embarcadero. It's a fun, active way to tour the city. Oh, and we throw in a little visit to the one-of-a-kind Seaport Village. Mountain Biking Tours in San Diego

Climb onto our trail-ready mountain bikes and rediscover your inner 10 year old! Riding in the dirt is simply a blast as your bank off berms, cruise down hill and whip through rolling terrain, catching a little air! We'll share with you some secret wild places within San Diego city limits including quiet creeks and maybe a waterfall! Coronado Island Bike Tour

After a short bike ride past the many Craftsman-style cottages, we reach the surf of the Pacific Ocean and Coronado's marvelous ocean views  Next we take time to visit the landmark Hotel del Coronado, check out the Navy SEAL training operations on Silver Strand and return past Glorietta Bay and the striking Coronado Bridge. Bike Rentals

Rent bike from Hike Bike Kayak and experience San Diego biking on your own. We can suggest lots of wonderful routes and provide maps. Take the entire family on a San Diego bike tour (from toddlers on up). We have kid-sized bikes, bike trailers, and trail-a-bikes.
